    The Boulevard Residences is a 12-floor condotel that is set to rise at the south end of Rizal Boulevard, close to the Legislative Bldg and fire station. It will be the city's tallest building upon completion and also the tallest building located in a small city in the Visayas and Mindanao. The project plan isn't final but as of this posting, there will be 56 condominium units on the top 7 levels (6th to 12th floors). The hotel rooms, office suites and commercial spaces will be at the lower floors. To see a promotional video of the project, click here.

Bravo Golf Hotel and Residences

This is how the resort complex will look once the expansion is completed.

     This resort hotel,located within a golf estate, is expanding and 2 new buildings are under construction; both are slated to open in September 2013. The new development includes condominium units, one of the first upscale condominium projects in the province. Bravo Golf is located in Brgy. Pansil, Sibulan, not far from the town proper & just a few kilometers north of downtown Dumaguete. 

6-Storey Sierra Condotel

       This is how the 6-level Sierra-owned condotel in Brgy. Piapi will look like once completed. The building will have 25 hotel suites and 18 residential units. Construction started around 2 years ago on the site of what was supposed to be the Dumaguete Doctors Hospital until it was cancelled in favor of a larger medical resort/retirement complex in the adjacent barangay of Bantayan -- South Sea Medical City. Progress has been slow because only a small group of around 15-20 masons are building it but with just 3 more levels to go and the pace quickening, the condotel will probably open this year.

Vida Homes

 

       Vida Homes is a condominium resort complex under construction in the town of Dauin, around 15 minutes south of the city. The 38-unit project is marketed towards the growing expat community in the Dumaguete area which is home to some of the most sought-after dive sites in the Philippines. The amenities include a fitness center, infinity pool, bar/gazebo & a lounge and is located right next to Pura Vida and El Dorado resorts -- both of which have scuba-diving facilities, restaurants and spas.
