      These are five newly-constructed 3-storey flats near Neva's Pizza at Hibbard Ave which will be available for occupancy soon. It's just one of many apartments, condominiums and subdivisions under construction in many areas of Dumaguete and the surrounding towns.

       Vida Homes is a condominium resort complex under construction in the town of Dauin, around 15 minutes south of the city. The 38-unit project is marketed towards the growing expat community in the Dumaguete area which is home to some of the most sought-after dive sites in the Philippines. 3-Storey Mixed Use Building

       A mixed-use commercial building will soon be built at the corner of Silliman Ave. and Ma. Cristina St. (the whole stretch from DC Manokan to the former Yumcha restaurant will be demolished). Only 2 more tenants (Cebuana Lhuillier and a laundry shop) need to vacate for the construction to start.
