A mixed-use commercial building will soon be built at the corner of Silliman Ave. and Ma. Cristina St. (the whole stretch from DC Manokan to the former Yumcha restaurant will be demolished). Only 2 more tenants (Cebuana Lhuillier and a laundry shop) need to vacate for the construction to start.
