One Bethany Place
The new 3-storey wing at One Bethany Place, EJ Blanco Drive, Brgy. Piapi. The Christian-oriented hotel now has 32 rooms including those of the 1st building shown below:
6-Storey Sierra Condotel
This is how the 6-level Sierra-owned condotel in Brgy. Piapi will look like once completed. The building will have 25 hotel suites and 18 residential units. Construction started around 2 years ago on the site of what was supposed to be the Dumaguete Doctors Hospital until it was cancelled in favor of a larger medical resort/retirement complex in the adjacent barangay of Bantayan -- South Sea Medical City. Progress has been slow because only a small group of around 15-20 masons are building it but with just 3 more levels to go and the pace quickening, the condotel will probably open this year.
