Coco Amigos

A quintessential bayside Dumaguete restaurant

Pork burrito, the best one I've had

Roesti - not Mexican, it's a German side dish made from fried shredded potatoes and bacon bits

Coco Amigos is a Mexican restaurant at Rizal Blvd., located between Bo's Coffee and Bank of Commerce. They are the real deal, cooking food the way they do it in Mexico. Step inside and you're transported half-way around the world to a cantina in Tijuana :).

Tierra Cafe is a gourmet restaurant located within Tierra Alta, a residential resort complex in Valencia, just a few minutes away from the city. The complex also includes Aquatica, a large swimming pool that's open to the public. As of this writing, the swimming fee is 500 pesos, partly consumable.

Chowking Perdices

Early breakfast at Chowking's main branch in Dumaguete -- a 2-storey, 24-hour restaurant right at the heart of Perdices St. My meal: orange-glazed chicken.
