Giuseppe is an Italian restaurant and deli at Inn 13.5 Km, a new traveler's hotel in the resort town of Dauin. They serve authentic Sicilian fare, a bit on the pricey side but well worth it because the portions are huge. It's a franchised outlet, the other branches are in Cebu City, Mactan and Panglao Island catering primarily to expats and Western tourists of course. From Dumaguete, it's a 20-minute drive south, just look for that signage on the left side of the road. Hands down, it's the best Italian food you can have in the Dumaguete area.
