2. New Women's Dormitory - near the gymnasium
3. International Dormitory Complex - beside Silliman Village in Piapi
4. Four units duplex 2-storey residential complex - SU Park, Bantayan
5. Commercial laboratories
6. Parking building
7. Food concession stalls
