Howyang cheeseburger - Dumaguete comfort food :)

      Howyang is a restaurant along Perdices St that serves Chinese fare like dimsum and noodles and Pinoy fastfood. They make one of the best cheeseburgers in town (their creamy coleslaw packs more flavor to the burger), a best-seller since the 1980's. The restaurant was originally called Taster's Delight (at a different downtown location -- Noblefranca St. fronting Holy Cross High School) but they moved to the current location in the early 2000's and added Chinese food to the menu (hence the name-change).
