Panda Ice Cream Haus and Yumcha Cuisine is an ice cream parlor and snack bar at Ma. Cristina St. The company. which started as a modest family enterprise back in 1995, manufactures low-fat and low-sugar ice cream that's distributed throughout the VisMin region. One of their top products is fried ice cream which is basically a scoop that's coated in waffle batter and deep-fried. Flavors include jackfruit, coconut-durian, ube (purple yam), sweet corn, mango, blueberry, cantaloupe and many other fruits. The restaurant also serves crepes, spaghetti, burger, rainbow cupcakes, etc.
