Teletech is a Colorado-based call center and back office services company. It opened its facility in Dumaguete 8 years ago and is one of the big 3 BPO locators here. The complex, comprising 2 low-rise buildings, is located at the Dumaguete Business Park in Brgy. Calindagan (beside Robinsons Place).
