One of Dumaguete's biggest BPO (business process outsourcing) companies opens its 2nd facility this month. Qualfon, which started operating 2 years ago continues to expand, giving more opportunities to Negros Oriental's skilled graduates. The first facility is located at the downtown area (at the intersection of Locsin St. & Veterans Ave). The second building (pictured above) is at the northern end of the city in Brgy. Bantayan. The newly-finished office building is the first of 3 BPO/mixed-use structures that will comprise LinkSy Information Technology Park, a PEZA-accredited BPO zone owned and operated by local conglomerate July Development Corporation.
