      Japanese food fans in the city have another place to crash. The hip Taco Surf opened last month at the Hayahay entertainment complex in Brgy. Piapi (right beside Hayahay Pizza). The chef is a friendly Filipino-American who would gladly talk you through their menu. Aside from the freshest sushi and sashimi, they also serve up scrumptious Wagyu steaks.
