Silliman's Portal West building is a mixed-use commercial center with several boutiques, a gym, a restaurant, coffee shop and insurance firms among others. It is also home to a few small-scale BPO outfits. Business process outsourcing is one of the city's sunshine industries, the other being tourism. In fact, it is the biggest growth driver.
