Gabby's Bistro is an American-style diner located in a hotel complex at the north end of the city. They serve burgers, sandwiches, steaks, fish dishes, pizza, pancakes -- yeah, practically everything. The restaurant has one of the biggest menus in Dumaguete and is a popular spot for the young crowd and tourists. Prices are fair & portions are large. I've eaten too many dishes here that no particular one comes to mind as a favorite :). Enjoy checking out the quirky interiors --- model planes hanging from the ceiling, a vintage gas pump and other American pop culture posters and trinkets. Binge at Gabby's Bistro @ Florentina Homes along Rovira Rd., Brgy. Bantayan.
