My apologies for this grainy photo, I snapped it from inside a trike. This is Dumaguete's first electronic advert display, beside the soon-to-open Manhattan Suites Inn, South Road, Brgy. Calindagan. I hope to see more of these and super-sized tarpaulin billboards, too. Most consider them an eyesore but they add a colorful modern touch to our small city's changing urban landscape.
Its always neat to see them someplace new. Glad you think they can help modernize a growing city.
