Pasta King pertains to Andreino de Santis, an Italian-American chef who made his name catering parties of the rich and famous. He has since retired and settled in Dumaguete, opening his restaurant a few months ago to mixed reviews. The negative comments come mostly from expats who complain about them not using fresh pasta. I've never been to Italy so I don't have the slightest clue what "authentic Italian" tastes like. Pasta King's treats are scrumptious to me and I keep coming back for more :). Find this restaurant at the intersection of V. Locsin and Sta. Catalina Sts.
