Hukad sa Golden Cowrie is a native Filipino franchise from guess where -- Cebu :). It's the main competitor of Cafe Laguna, serving most of the same dishes. Hukad in Dumaguete is at the alfresco area of Robinsons Place. This restaurant appears to be a big success, drawing crowds especially on weekends.
