Don Roberto's (the former Rosante), a 2-level restaurant along Perdices St, is another Dumaguete pioneer. I come here for their pizza roll, the closest thing we have to Yellow Cab calzone :) and nangka (jackfruit jam) bread. Their pizzas & other dishes have a huge following too, esp. with the older crowd. Don Roberto's is beside Staplesquare, just a short walk from Silliman's Portal West building.
