Owned by the mayor's family (his sister runs it), Sans Rival is synonymous to Dumaguete. This cake and pastry company, which has been around since the 70's, will soon have a separate commissary in Brgy. Bagacay. This is the main Sans Rival shop, located at San Jose St., a few meters away from Rizal Blvd.
