Cupcake lovers call Poppy heaven. It's obviously hell for diabetics :). I come here for my flavored Italian soda fix and the occasional oreo or red velvet cupcake. Just one cupcake at a time though, I can't take the sugar overload :). Wifi is free and it has become the favorite coffee shop of Korean expats and students of Silliman looking for a stress-free spot to study. Find Poppy at the Portal West building.
