Greenwich

Greenwich is the biggest pizza and pasta chain in the country. They gave the two Italian staples a Filipino twist and captured the local market. Today I tried their latest offering -- crispy glazed chicken. It's their take on the hugely popular Korean soy garlic and spiced honey fried chicken trend in the big cities. Bon Chon, Chicken Charlie and the others have probably eaten a good chunk of the fried chicken market, prompting Greenwich and other established local chains like Chowking to adapt. Find Greenwich in Dumaguete at Robinsons Place.
