The Iloilo-based chicken barbeque chain is the country's biggest. It has 2 branches in Dumaguete --- one at the first Qualfon building (here), the other one is at Robinsons. Last year, Mang Inasal added 11 more dishes to its menu to complement its sweet-savoury grilled chicken and pork. They now serve dinuguan (pork blood stew), bangus sinigang (milkfish in sour broth) and chicken chicharon (fried chicken skin) among others.
